Inhalo "Australian version"

This is a remix to allow standard size Australian Ventolin canisters to be used.
I have increased the height of the spacer and added supports for the canister both in
the base and the spacer.
This stops the canister from moving around when being transported or used.
As I found that the spacer was a bit loose when the operating position, I have also increased the size of the locating pins.
The original is a great design and I have only tried to improve it.
