NAPALM's spool center for 8mm rods

I had a 8mm rod around and used it to hold my spools. But I did not like that the spool was not centered and moved a bit unsmooth :-)

I created this two parts. One cone to put into the spool and centre it on an 8mm rod, and another part to fix it. You can screw a 3x10 (metric) screw into the side of the fixing ring or maybe another size would do, too.
