Bike Flashlight Holder 25mm x 25mm

I like the design of mandy's flashlight mount but the mounting holes were strange sizes. This version uses 25mm for handlebar and flashlight size. 25mm handlebars are pretty much standard for modern bikes. The flashlight I am using is from harbor freight, cost about $1 each, use 3 AAA batteries and are pretty bright.
The bolt is 1/4" x 1 1/2" or so. The nut recess might not be lined up, can't tell if file is bad or just the print is bad. I didn't put a retaining component on the hexagon halves,
