Toothpaste Tube Squeezer

Design refinements:
- Changed thumb knob for comfort
- Added some chamfers inside for a bit more sturdiness
- Thickened a bit base and lock side
- Added chamfer on the bottom opening, so wrinckled tube won't get stuck

I received some cheap ABS noname plastic with my printer, so I have to use rafts and supports to get it stick to the platform, but you can change that to your knowledge of your printing process.
