This is my review of the spool holder with bearings, I have increased the ease of rotation and spool really turns on bearings without blocks.
Tested and working.
From the photos you can see how it is to be mounted.

File "Spool-Tool-Tube_v3.stl has housing for 608ZZ bearings 22mm contrariwise of 23mm

What you need..
5/16 threaded rod length 125 mm
3 5/16 nuts auto-block
2 5/16 washers
2 608ZZ bearings
