Dremel 225 Flex Shaft mount for Whittle

This is a z carriage for the Whittle CNC designed to hold the flex shaft from Dremel (225).

It is based upon the MM@ Dremel 225 Flex Shaft Mount by Dcreel (Update - I have made it so it no longer needs that stl and works all by itself).

Also, this introduces a small offset relative to the old holder.
