Parametric pinion gear. As-is, fits a DP20 PA20 rack, but can be adjusted for different number of teeth, width, bore, keyway, etc.

Because the involute curve is only approximated by trimming against a virtual rack, this may have some limitations. It does mesh well when printed in PLA and rolled on a commercial metal rack.
