Accessible Wade's Extruder for Hobbed Gear slightly improved

A version of Wade's Extruder for use with the MK7 gear and 605 bearings. Modified from what was in "Eventorbot Wade / Greg Extruder Parts" because of places where guidler and extruder crashed into each other.
I also included my mirrored versions, as I used them in a dual-extruder setup.
