Purpose:18650 / 21700 cell holder (also works with 26650). Allows you to use brass or copper fasteners and lugs to electrically connect a cell to a high current load for capacity testing.I tested at 40A and the fasteners / lugs did not get more than luke warm. Required components:6-10 or 6-6 lugsmax 2 x 14 AWG and 2 x 24 AWG wire per terminal (that's what I used)M6 brass wing nutM6 x 30 brass hex boltsM6 brass inserts 10mm diameter 8mm length (you can use shorter ones) I highly suggest you print this in PETG but PLA will be ok for lower currents, personally I printed mine in PETG-CF. Optional:There's a large internal cavity that I filled with lead pellets to add more weight to the print. If you dont want this then print the ‘blank lid', it's a pretty good fit and doesn't require a fastener. M4 brass insertM4 x 10 countersunk screw Additional Info:Don't push the brass inserts all the way in, let them stick out a little bit so there's a conductive surface for
