18650 / 21700 Dummy Cell

This allows you to use external crocodile clip leads for a 21700 / 18650 capacity tester for testing pouch, prismatic, or already welded cylindrical cells. Each one you print needs 2 M4 brass inserts, ideally 6mm diameter, 6.3mm would also work. Simply melt in your inserts, crimp a 4mm ring terminal to a bit of wire and use a (ideally) m4 countersunk screw and nut to bolt it to the nut on the inside of the 3d printed part. I soldered crocodile clips to the other end but you can do whatever. I printed mine in PLA, most capacity testers only do a couple amps at most so they dont get warm.Boost MeGive me a boost if this was useful to you :)
