18650 battery shield v8 case

This is a remix of the 18650 battery shield case by obihoernchen. My v8 shield has a slightly different plate layout where there are two output connectors on the side (USB-C, Micro-USB).
What I changed in detail:
- Added two new holes in the bottom part for the new output connectors and removed the old one.
- Moved the holes for the On/off switch and the hold button a bit to fit new plate design.
- Removed all the fonts which my printer can only print them in an ugly way.
- Increased the height of the bottom part to fit the larger heat sink.

For the mounting I used M3 20mm white Polyamid screws.
