Here is a custom dual 18650 charger that i've made. It is customized to use the following parts (readily available from eBay):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/3A-5-35V-12V-24v-DC-Buck-Step-down-CC-CV-Power-Supply-charging-Module-LED-Driver-/331649726773?hash=item4d37dd3935:g:tN0AAOSw4SlV70JO
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-2-3-4-Li-ion-18650-3-7V-Battery-With-Pin-ABS-Storage-Box-Holder-Case-Black-dr-/281867774534?var=&hash=item41a0a0ea46:m:m1k60a6Bw7VrsISyyz_RC2Q
...and some other small parts that can be sourced on eBay, like LED's, LED-holders and power-jack.
I do not recommend driving the chip at 3A because of heating issues. Although 2A should be fine.
Enjoy! :)
