18650 Double Pack Charger

I realised that I had a huge amount of 18650 batteries from the Laptop batteries I saved from the IT WASTE bins at a previous job (about 2000 roughly) and that if I left them they may loose charge and be stuffed??
So I figured that as most where in a two piece configuration still after tearing them down form their 3x2 configuration in the battery packs I really should com up with an easy enough way to charge them - So I took the single design idea, and completely redesigned it :)
to accommodate a two pack configuration.
After several modifications and additions I cam up with this - hope others find it useful.
