Here is a powerbank utilizing two replaceable 18650 batteries. The bank can charge with 5V/2A, and deliver 5V/2A to whatever it is connected to.

Great use as DIY alternative to other powerbanks with unknown cells, and cells can be replaced when worn out. The bank also have the option to be extended, to use as many cells as one wish. However, if done another solution for battery contacts must be developed.
