18650 protected PCB style holder

A slightly larger 18650 holder to accommodate protected 18650 batteries, which tend to be a bit bigger.

The outside dimensions are the same as the regular keystone 18650 holders.

There are some very thin walls on this so strongly suggest nylon or ABS printing. I did this one first in PLA and it worked fine, but it may not survive a battery being inserted and removed frequently.

I used generic 10mm x 10mm battery contacts.
