E3D Titan, Fan Duct and 18mm Inductive Sensor Mount

Remixed E3D Titan mount with fan duct and 18mm inductive sensor mount, remixed again after testing to provide more strength and space for the sensor (original was too high on the thread). The fan duct mount has also been squared-off and extended a little, because I found the original to not be so reliable at maintaining a square fit and not very strong.

I also found the original would break easily so added bolsters around the edges and increased thickness wherever possible. Took about 10 prin
