19" Rack Fans with Automatic PWM Controller

I decided I wanted to add a little airflow to my rack, so I picked up some cheap 120mm fans and a PWM controller with a thermal probe and drew up a two-part 3U plate that holds everything together. Added a grille that's specifically designed to print easily and some brackets to hold everything stable on the back end. PRINTINGIt'd suggest PETG for this. I've not scaled it for ABS shrinkage.If you don't have/want the PWM controller, just print two of Plate 1 “Bracket”If you do have the PWM controller, print one of each plate “Bracket” and “Bracket (PWM)”.The additional 120mm fan grilles are optional, however you will need the four little joiners.The PWM version has a cutout for the display, two mounting pegs, and three little button cutouts so you can interact with the controller easily.
