1911 Fixed Rear Sight (Bomar type)

Hi, that's an OpenSCAD designed of Bomar type fixed rear sight for a Colt 1911.

It was designed to replace my adjustable Kensight on my 1911 in order to used it to practice TAR (Tir aux Armes Réglementaires) in english regulatory weapons shooting which is a disciplism requiring fixed sights on pistols.

Depending of the filament used and your contraction rating, your first print try should not fit perfectly to your weapon and you should have to test printing with 1 or 2 % more or less...

To obtain a perfect duty on my 1911, I printed this part with FormFutura Volcano PLA which is nearly as durable than ABS after owen-warming at 110°C for half an hour...
