8mm adapter for Jaycar bulk filament spool.

Yet another remix of emmetts geared bearing. I have wrapped the original item in a module() with parameters, and used it as a subassembly of my adapter plate. Wit the item wrapped like this, it becomes easy to insert it into an SCAD thing wherever bearings might be needed.

The adapter plate itself was designed simply by measuring the spool with calipers and getting the dimensions.
