Ceiling lamp - round spacer - post mounting mount variation with puzzle piece deconstruction for one handed assembly ML

Our ceiling lamp in the living room requires more space for cables than is provided by the existing power outlet hole. That means I could not push the cone shaped cover all the way up so a bit of space was left empty. I now filled that gap with this THING. As I have only one hand I cannot just mount all kinds of insanely difficult stuff so I made this a two puzzle piece slide in support thing.
