Control knob for RAMPS LCD Controller

Prusa i3 by MakerFarm comes with a RAMPS Smart LCD Controller which has a clickwheel pin to control it. This is the knob for that pin, easy to rotate and with a "PUSH" inscription to remember that it's a button as well. (Though, should've added a hole for one finger because there is often a need to spin many turns). The inner hole is 0.5 mm wider to account for the slight swelling of printed objects. The source OpenSCAD file allows to customize the knob thickness and number of "ears".
