Not my initial design, I just recalculated normals and repaired the mesh.
First, I repaired the mesh in slic3r so that it was manifold. Then I imported it into Blender and recalculated normals. Finally, I exported it from Blender, reoriented it to its original orientation, and uploaded it here.
