LCD Angular for Malyan M150

This is a slight remix of Idig3d's "Di3 LCD Angler with E-Stop and SD Slot" (thing: 921882) for use on a Malyan M150. The changes made are: the E-Stop brackets are removed, and additional thickness has been added at the screw holes to allow them to be tapped. Tapping the holes (M3-0.5) allows the LCD cover to be more securely attached to the part.

Idig3d did a great job designing this modification and I want to thank him for sharing it.
