Spool holder for Prusa i3 with 6mm frame (without bearings)

I remix previous version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:174856

This time bearings are omited and has been added printed cones to center the spool.
The movement between the threaded rod and PLA spool support is very smooth, much better than the previous version.
