1gram Fast Bridging Bridge Test

I wanted a fast bridging test that does not use a of filament.

Advantages of this test:

Fast to print so you can quickly try lots of slicer changes
Very low filament use - 0.64 gram, 0.21m so does not cost you much money
Has variable length of bridging so you can see how the bridging length affects quality
Only shows first layer - this is the most critical layer by only printing the first layer it is both quicker to print and easier to inspect the part quality.
