This is a headphone hanger able to fit in a 1RU rack space. It's designed to fit on top of 1RU rack gear or in a 1RU slot. It angles out to 90° in both directions.
The two pieces mount and arm are held together with a 3D printed snap pin which I've included. It will be difficult to push the snap in by hand and will require a little bit of light hammering. Just be sure you have the pin in the proper direction. One side is wider than the other on the mount as is with the pin.
1. Put mount piece over edge of a work table
2. Align arm piece hole with mount piece hole
3. Hammer time (carefully and gently as it won't take much force).
As for printing, I went with PLA but ABS or anything stronger would help out in the field.
If you're going with PLA I'd use an infill of at least 50% or higher. The arm can hold well at 50%, but again it's better to go higher if you're taking it out into the field.
I would use a raft for at least the pin as it's tiny and of course print this at
