Simply a spacer for Rackstuds Series II.
Rackstuds create an offset between the rail face and the seating face of the server / accessory. This was created to take up that gap for servers / accessories that require more support, or use odd screw arrangements (eg, QNAP).
Optional holes to recess Ø5mm x 2mm magnets to help keep in place.
