1UP Arcade button mod Redux

Original design by GIXXER61108.
But I didn't like the idea of glueing this into the cabinet.
So I added mounting ears to the sides and middle.
Allowing you to use the same mounting holes and screws as the original switch.
I Did the same as GIXXER61108 and reused a couple of the original buttons, as I had replaced all of mine up upgraded versions.

This might require some supports based on your printer. Mine printed fine without.
