1x2 Gridfinity box for Radius Gauge

I used Wastel361 base design to add a 1x2 Gridfinity base. Changed the size of base to better match up with the Gridfinity base. this also meant I had to up the scale of the lid to 102% to match the new dimensions of the new base.
