2-3in zip tie bracket for a pipe

fits 2 x us number 6 screws just fine, could fit bigger, just print it with more perimeters so it doesn't cut them all
fits 2in pipe just fine, designed for 3in pipe.
not the greatest pass through for zip ties, but rounded where they come out.
i need to make more, so i might redesign them
