This is a 2/3U height passthrough for 10" racks. I am building an external power control panel for 12V, and this allows me to pass cabling through the front of the rack. I made it intentionally thick so that the openings could be rounded to prevent wire chafing, and also to act as a support for the rack to increase stability. Note The spec for rack mounting holes calls means that the typical 3 mounting holes within the 1U space are NOT evenly spaced (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rack_unit#Mounting_holes). If the holes don't line up, rotate it 180* . I tried to make the holes large enough to accommodate any orientation, but I can't control every rack design :) Since this is non-weight bearing, it could be printed in PLA, but to account for hot computer equipment, I would recommend PETG or ASA.
