63.5mm (2.5") Pie cut mockups, with both a lip and inverted lip to hold them together. This is a tool so you can plan and make your bends with plastic first instead of tacking the pie cuts together and cutting them if you don't like the way the bend came out.
7.5° (15° in total per pie cut), 7mm height on the lowest part.
OD: 63.5mm (2.5")
ID: 60.3mm so it's made for 1.6mm thickness on the tubing. I've made them this way so you can use the lip and hold them in place on a already half-made exhaust (the inner lip will hold it inside a 2.5" pipe that's 1.6mm thick)
