2.5" Rocket Av Bay

This is an avionics sled designed for PML 2.5" coupler tubing for high power rockets. It has been designed to fit inside a 160mm length of coupler tube, which is slightly longer than the standard length coupler.

Desighn specs:

Rails: 4mm threaded bar (42mm Centre to centre spacing)
Battery: Turnigy nano-tech 2s 460mah LI-PO
Switch: Schurter Voltage Switch SWA
Eggtimer Quantum & Perfectflite Strato logger CF (Willing to add others on request)

Note:
I have now built and successfully flown this design, I will upload some actual photos of it shortly.

Update:
Minor changes to clearances for make build easier.
Added a version that will take a Perfectflite Strato Logger CF.
