This is a cheap way to make your GEEETECH MK8 a bowden system, improve your print quality and speed up your prints.
Print the coupler as stable as you can! it is modeled with 2 bowden connections to be a dual extruder (2 hotends fit, i couldnt test it yet without a second extruder motor)
Requires a 3D pen!
Printed parts needed:
1x External Motor holder (pic 1)
1x Bowden Coupler with nut: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2487951
(you need to weld it to the printed Motor holder of your choice with a 3d pen as seen in pic. 1)
Other parts:
1x Bicycle Brake Bowden (c.a 40cm) (it has a teflon tube inside with a 2mm tunnel and works very well)
2x M3 7mm bolts and 1x M8 Nut for the "Bowden to Hotend" coupler
any questions/suggestions are welcome in the comments :) have fun!
