2" Filter Wheel Assy V3

I'm calling this V3.2 of the filter wheel. I had put the slots for the position lock on the wrong side. I tried and tried to find a way to make it work because I didn't want to reprint the wheel. I was trying one hack or idea after another.
Some times you just have to admit it and fix it right. It's working correctly now.
I added an stl and a FCStd for the new wheel.

This is V3 of the filter wheel. The V1 & V2 work, but it's been an evolution to make things more user friendly while working in a darksky environment. I don't think there will be a V4 unless I have some major epiphany. Right now I'm just getting to tweaking little things.

I'm leaving the V1 & V2 up in case anyone else wants to try their own Ideas. Let me know what you come up with.
