I use many tools when i fabricate anything and some of my favorite tools are my welders. i have a few of each type of welders but one that i find myself using a lot is my basic flux welder. it is small, portable, easy to use, and i can run it in every one of my shops due to its low power input needed, however the biggest problem it has is that since it is only a flux core welder and is so small it will only fit up to a 2 lb spool and as you may know these small size spools arent inexpensive. So what i have done is create a 2 lb wire spool so i can now buy a 10 lb spool of flux wire and i can just use it to fill the 2 lb spool. this has saved me a ton of money and i hope you can use it as well.

p.s. i am working on an automatic spooler for the wire and will post it once all of the kinks are ironed out
