2" Screw grommet

I did a resize on this fantastic screw together grommet, & brought it to 2".
I also made the washer & the nut thicker as well as bored out the hole for the washer. Everything goes in place, together, as you can see.
I suggest printing in PETG of course. PLA doesn't hold up under too much stress. ASA is also a great choice. If you want a soft grommet, then TPU is the way to go. But you decide what is needed. I often print in PLA as a test, but that's just me.
Depending on your settings, it takes about 32 minutes to print two sets in normal operation.
You can, I did, glue them togther after mating. I have them in a piece of vinyl to thwart rodents from under my ride (and other things). These can be used for what ever a 3d printed grommet is needed for, & I'm sure some things they are not needed for.
