Designed this speaker grill template for an arcade cabinet I am currently building.
It is designed for a speaker that is 2" in diameter. The thickness of the jig helps hold the drill bit straight when drilling. The two extensions are used for clamping or fastening the guide in place.
The infill and material are not very important. No supports needed.
