2 Stage Power Turbine Prototype

Well, I finally have a working prototype power turbine to take towards my helicopter transmission training aid! its not perfect yet. Could do with 0.1mm taken off the turbine blade length to get rid of the small amount of binding but other than that its free as a bird! However, as a prototype, niggles are expected. The bearings are 21 x 10 x 4 mm ball. Blade section is designed as a combined Impulse/reaction profile and came out well.

-50 mm wheels. I can modify the CAD files for any size you want if you cannot.
-Print the turbine wheels leading edge down to minimize support.
