2 tier sliding indicator with table clamp

Inspired by this indicator from Protyle DesignsI have very specific problems. One of my dogs stealing the other dog's food! But she can't eat those kibbles because she is allergic! But she only steals kibbles when we forget about removing the bowl and leave the house.Then we never remember if we changed the water for the pet bowls. So my wife and I might change waters twice because we didn't know the other have changed it before, or just straight up don't change it at all because we thought the other changed it. So here comes the solution for both problems. A double tier indicator with the ability to clamp on the table.
