20/19mm AIO Cam Mount

This mount enables bare micro AIO cameras like [this one](https://www.banggood.com/Eachine-Lizard95-FPV-Racer-Spare-Part-AIO-5_8G-48CH-25mw100mw-Switchable-VTX-600TVL-Camera-p-1151477.html?cur_warehouse=CN) to be fitted in frames that accept 20mm or 19mm wide cameras, such as the [RunCam Micro](https://www.runcam.com/images/microswift/micro-swift-size.jpg) in the [Quattrovolante Libero](http://www.quattrovolante.com/Fabry/product-category/q-libero-2/).

Design based on M2 screws and nuts.

Works fine in PLA, should work well with TPU too in case you want it to absorb vibrations.
