This is an original design of a 3x5 card tray with a pen holder. The pen hole is sized for my favorite pens, feel free to modify it. I have these in several locations so I am never far from my favorite note-taking media. The fact that the pen sits vertically is not an accident, it prevents stuff from being piled on it.
