ALCOA Logo with text

I wanted to have something unique to give my grandfather for Christmas so I used an online tool(http://www.selva3d.com/) to convert a jpeg image of the logo and text into an stl. Then I opened up the stl in SketchUp and cleaned up some of the mesh errors and thickened the point where the triangle touches in the center.

The two pictures above were printed in SainSmart Aluminum PLA with 15% infill on a CoreXY with an e3d v6 and a 0.4mm nozzle.
