2018 F1 Coaster Set

This is a coaster set representing the tire array from the 2018 season of Formula 1. The 2018 season is known for giving each tire compound a different name and sidewall color, as opposed to just, “Soft, Medium, Hard, Intermediate, Wet”. So instead of 5 tires, where the 3 dry compounds changed depending on the track, 2018 named each compound, so that they did not have to switch the compound that wore the name ‘Soft’ (for example). The coasters are 4mm thick, and 88.9 mm DIA. The set involves 1 coaster holder, and 9 different coasters. The color strips and initial are extruded a little past the black base. This allows for smaller cups to fit inside the diameter of the strips, as well as allow for liquid collection. The coasters will be non absorbant by nature, so this design allows for the coaster to still protect whatever surface it is sitting on.
