My hawk rubber chain guide did was not aligning to the chain, not even close.
So i threw it away and designed this guide instead.
Its installed without removing the chain but you have to remove sprocket cover and make sure chain has enough slack to make it fit in between drive sprocket and swing arm.
Then you use 4 construction screws (cut to length) and reuse original bolt that held rubber guide.
One thing to consider: I cannot guarantee it will fit your frame perfectly as it fits mine.
The whore reason why i had to design this is because my bike came with multiple weld problems. I cannot guarantee my frame is welded same way as yours so i cant tell if it will fit your bike same as mine.
Let me know if it does tho.
These parts are made from ABS plastic, so printing in ABS is the obvious choice but not required. Printing PLA is not ideal because it will become soft from engine heat and potentially deform causing problems.
