2020 corner plate

Update 4 years later and being more experienced; do not use this. PLA is not stiff enough for a printer frame. Use aluminium or steel brackets. Blind corner joints + 2028 brackets create a very stiff corner at just 50 cents worth of hardware. Use 2028 brackets instead of 2020, it makes a big difference.

I created this part to be quick to print (30 minutes) and to more easily construct square frames than with the standard aluminium brackets. The nubbins on the plate allign the two 2020 extrusions perpendicular to eachother and there are two screws per extrusion to lock the orientation firmly in place. There is an extra hole to allow this bracket to be used for left and right hand corners.
Getting a frame square is so much easier now than with aluminium brackets.
Holes are made for M5 bolts, thickness of the part is 5 mm, the slots in your extrusion must be 6.2mm wide.
