I recently found a relatively local source for 2020 extrusion and still had to organize the cable clutter under my desk.
I first designed a simple bracket to mount any 2020 (or 20XX) extrusion to my desk using woodscrews, m3 screws and t-nuts. The bracket is strong enough that you would only need a single t-nut but everything is better in pairs :) It can also serve to link 2 profiles together, hence the 3 screwholes on either side.
After this I went on to design a nice cable-clip and a few variations on it that have a loop for zipties / velcro. All but 1 of these designs can be twisted into place in the 2020 extrusion. The one exception being the clip with the velcro-loop on top.
Happy Organizing!
Print settings:
I printed it using my 0.6mm nozzle at 0.4mm layer height but it should work just fine with a 0.4mm nozzle and any other layer height. Any infill should do as the wall-lines will basically cover the entire printing surface.
