UPDATE:
I´ve created another version which should eliminate any bending (i was using 3d printed 2020 extrusions as a printbed and of course your printbed should be very rigid and never bend!
It makes the extrusion´s extremely rigid, no wobbling anymore.
I recommend using the scaled down version (90%) because otherwise it might bend and break parts of your extrusion.
Only insert these on three channel´s, leave one for the cable´s.
