Various sliding 2020 mounts.
- RAMPS/2560
- Print as per radds description
- The bolt hole that isnt a hole but rather a spike may be too large. I forget if I fixed the stl or just cut it off mine.
- RADDS/Due
- Printing horizontally (as the stl is supplied) with supports inside the 2020 part is probably better than printing upright without supports.
- 60xx fan
- Print vertically without supports will work, but supports on the 2020 section protrusions will help.
- Consider printing the grille twice, to protect the fan from the boards connector wires. Optional.
All mounts should lightly grip the 2020 with only friction. M4x10 bolts and t-nuts are used to lock the mount in position. Wingnut or other finger-adjustable nut heads recommended.
Printed:
PLA, 200C, 60C bed, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layers, 2.0mm walls/top/bottom, 20% infill but almost none is generated with 2mm walls. I prefer these mounts to be solid.
