Mermaid Cookie Cutter with stamp

This two-part cutter is derived from the Mermaid Cookie Cutter by No3DoB (see remix source files).

After printing and testing the cutter I've noticed that especially the finer structures are hard to get out of the cutter. At first I just wanted to get rid of the smaller detail,but I liked the mermaid outline so much that I decided to go for a two-part cutter with a cutting and a stamping part.
